Transition Information
These transition booklets are to provide as much information as possible in relation to the new year groups and classes in September.
Unfortunately our usual arrangements for transition cannot take place this year, including our year group meeting in the first few weeks of September.
Year group meetings will be set up in September and communicated to you.
These meetings give you the opportunity to meet the staff who will be working with your child and find out what the next year has in store for them. This will include the curriculum they will learn; visits they will go on and expectations for that specific year group.
